My journey in leadership began over 30 years ago. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve in progressively challenging roles leading instructional and information technology teams. This experience allowed me to develop a profound understanding of the intricacies of leadership, offering me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that leaders face today.
My expertise and deep knowledge of leadership, coupled with my extensive experience in both education and information technology have equipped me with the insights and skills needed to be an effective consultant and leadership coach. I am passionate about helping leaders navigate their professional journeys, overcoming challenges, and achieving their aspirations while maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. I look forward to continuing to support and empower leaders on their paths to success.
